International Culture Fest Returns to Punta Gorda for a Celebration of Food, Music & Culture

Looking for something fun and a little different to do in Southwest Florida this October?

The 8th Annual International CultureFest is returning to Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda on Saturday, October 10, 2026, bringing together international food, live entertainment, dancing, cultural traditions, and local vendors for an afternoon on the waterfront.

The festival runs from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, making it an easy addition to your weekend plans whether you live nearby or are looking for an excuse to spend the day exploring Punta Gorda.

Taste Your Way Around the World

One of the best parts of CultureFest is definitely the food!

Festivalgoers can experience flavors inspired by cultures from around the world, including Southeast Asian, Caribbean, Indonesian, Latin American, and Filipino cuisine.

Beyond the food, Fishermen’s Village will be filled with artisan vendors, cultural displays, music, and performances throughout the afternoon.

And with everything happening along the Punta Gorda waterfront, you can enjoy the festival while taking in one of Southwest Florida’s beautiful coastal settings.

Live Music, Dancing & Cultural Performances

CultureFest is about more than sampling great food. The entertainment gives visitors an opportunity to experience traditions from several parts of the world.

The festivities begin at 12:00 PM with the Parade of Nations.

Live music and cultural performances are scheduled to begin around 1:00 PM, followed at approximately 2:30 PM by the International Dance Medley, featuring traditions from Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Pacific.

Whether you come specifically for the performances or simply want to walk around, grab something delicious, browse the vendors, and enjoy the waterfront, there should be plenty to experience throughout the afternoon.
